I have had the pleasure of working with Frank Thompson for over 25 years. Frank is one of the best and most creative problem solvers and consultants in the housing industry. He makes a rigorous effort to stay current and his knowledge is encyclopedic. His services are invaluable, and I recommend him unreservedly.
Apartment tax credit deals are very, very complicated and I would not do them without Frank’s guidance.
I have been associated with Frank Thompson in business activity since early 1993. I was just starting my search for someone to assist me in building a tax credit project that would be a Lower Income Affordable Housing project. I started quizzing various parties who had experience in that building segment. Low and behold, the name I kept hearing was Frank Thompson. Everyone I contacted concerning Tax Credit Financing, only recommended one person, Frank Thompson. This led to two projects completed and two more in pre-planning. My strongest thoughts regarding FT: His ability when it comes to creative and quality in the business of Affordable Housing. He is innovative in planning has real talent in making a project come to reality and understands the hard facts that everything costs large amounts of dollars, and it all has to work to make a successful housing project! My experience with Frank, has worked very well, and my projects are a great example of what Frank is capable of creating!
